ReqTracer is a requirements traceability and impact-analysis solution tailored for FPGA/ASIC and embedded hardware development. It links high-level specifications to RTL implementation, verification assets, and test results to provide end-to-end, bidirectional traceability. Teams can import requirements from tools such as IBM DOORS, Polarion, Jama, or Microsoft Office documents and automatically map them to HDL sources (VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog), UVM testbenches, scripts, and supporting documentation. ReqTracer generates audit-ready traceability matrices, coverage and pass/fail summaries, and change-impact reports, helping organizations demonstrate compliance with standards like DO-254, ISO 26262, IEC 61508, and related regulations.
